After 3 years at catering collage I started my career in London hotels then moved on to restaurants and gastro pubs, eventually  moving in to event catering, I have cooked for many famous celebrities including royalty and ran events in many Royal palaces, now I have finally taken to the streets and fields!  with our Wrap & Bun catering van, with the promise that the team deliver as high quality and reliable service as I do with our fine dining experiences. Unlike the average caterer and burger van, we take pride in everything we cook, using only the best quality meats and ingredients, which are prepared with pride and passion.
